Welcome to Kleineicholzheim -
Where fox and moose say good night!
Kleineicholzheim is a district of the municipality Schefflenz in the Neckar Odenwald district.
Our Finnish log house was built in 1999. On the ground floor there is an open area with kitchen and living room with direct access to the covered terrace and the garden, a bathroom / toilet and two bedrooms with a single bed 90 x 200 cm and a bunk bed 90 x 200 cm. In the attic there is a large room with a double bed, 1 single bed and enough space for additional mattresses. There is a small gallery above the living room. 2 people can sleep here. There is a carport, additional parking spaces and a lockable storage room e.g. B. for bicycles.

You have access to the entire house with terrace and garden. An evening small campfire in the garden does not bother small neighbors. There is also a grill fireplace.
FIREWOOD, SAUNA WOOD AND GRILL COAL ARE EXTRA CALCULATED.
You have the house to yourself during the booking period. We, the landlords, live directly opposite and are happy to answer any questions or problems you may have.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und alles war da, was man so braucht. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und das Haus ist für noch mehr Menschen ausgelegt. Da wäre ein 2. Waschbecken bei der 2. Toilette hilfreich. Allein für das 2. WC , wenn auch im Keller, waren wir sehr dankbar! Die Terrasse und die Sauna waren super. Leider stand in der Spülmaschine das Wasser, wir haben sie dann nicht benutzt.Einige Lampen sind defekt, so daß manche Ecke ziemlich duster war.

Es war Sauber, Funktional und wie beschrieben. Leider ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder älter. Hier fehlt einfach ein wenig Liebe und Zuneigung für das Objekt. Aber Sauna, Feuerstelle, Terrasse sind wirklich super. Betten sind sehr gut. Spülmaschine sollte mal erneuert werden. Ein Duschvorhang wäre sinnvoll, das nicht alles Nass ist. Gasgeruch bei der Toilette im Keller sehr komisch und sollte mal gecheckt werden. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes Ferienhaus von innen es könnte von außen einmal einen neuen Anstrich ab, nette Vermieter, in 1,5km Entfernung gibt es das Gasthaus zum Hirsch dort gibt es leckeres griechisches Essen.

Schöne Zeit im Blockhaus

Wir, 7 sportliche Männer gesetzten Alters haben und im Blockhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei wunderschönem Wetter haben wir uns eigentlich nur auf der großen Terrasse aufgehalten. Mit eigenen E- und Biobikes haben wir die nähere Umgebung, die recht hügelige Landschaft erkundet. Wir sagen Danke und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es waren 5 tolle Tage in einem sehr schönen Haus! Gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz, gute Dusche und eine heiße Sauna im Garten. Es ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen.

Schönes Ferienhäusschen

Wir haben uns als Männergruppe dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöner Grill und schöne Terasse. Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt daher kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Die Lage selbst ist sehr gut. Der Inhaber hat sich telefonisch vesichert das alles ok ist. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Haus und fantastische Vermieter

Wir waren als Band für drei Nächte in Schefflenz, um neue Songs zu schreiben und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Es ist super gemütlich (Kaminofen bei Minusgraden im Januar ist großartig), gut ausgestattet, sauber und liegt ruhig am Ortsrand. Die Sauna hat unseren Aufenthalt nochmal schöner gemacht. Vor allem aber waren die Vermieter sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich extrem wohl gefühlt <3

Gemütliches Haus

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Das Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Der Knaller war der grosse Grillkamin auf der Verander. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir (6 Frauen) würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen.

Für unseren Familienworkshop war es genau das Richtige: Gemütlich, urig, Holzofen, großer Gemeinschaftsraum, Holzofensauna, ruhige Lage - ideal um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, reden, kochen, spielen. Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen dürften, wäre es die ein oder andere kleine Reparatur an Herd und Spülmaschine sowie vollständige Spiele. Ansonsten haben uns die zwei Tage gut getan.

Kurzurlaub

Die Hütte ist schön, die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sehr einladend, an die Dusche direkt neben dem Klo muss man sich gewöhnen, bekommt man aber geregelt. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten reichlich Platz. Die benachbarten Gänse vermitteln eine angenehme Ruhe :-), ohne Doppeldeutigkeit! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert..... wenn der Keller mal ausgebaut ist und der Tischkicker einen neuen Mittelstürmer und ein paar neue Griffe bekommt....noch mehr!
