Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town. The views over the town are however are amazing.

Die Appartements sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirr und Kochutensilien, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, mehrere Fernseher, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, etc.) und haben eine breite Fensterfront mit toller Aussicht über das Tal. Dazu sind die Appartements direkt an der Talabfahrt Planai West/Hochwurzen gelegen. Der beheizte Skikeller bietet ausreichend Platz für Schuhe und Ski. Die Kommunikation (Check-in, Check-out, etc.) erfolgt über das Hotel Erzherzog Johann, das direkt über den Appartements gelegen ist. Die Rezeption ist zwischen 8.00 und 17.00 Uhr besetzt. Im Hotel kann morgens gegen Vorbestellung eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Backwaren zum Frühstück abgeholt werden. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
