Feel at home in my cozy & brand new apartment! The special thing about this apartment is the spacious space and the charming half-timbered house style. It is very easy to reach (train, bus or car) and is only 300 meters from the city center (old town) of Schmalkalden.

The 82 m² apartment is equipped with a double bed, a 1.60 m bed and a sofa bed. You will also find a stereo system, 2 Smart TVs, fast WiFi and NETFLIX. You can park for free.

The living room
This newly renovated apartment is characterized above all by the charm of the half-timbered house. The combination of wood materials and modern equipment creates a balance between comfort and functionality. No matter whether you want to relax after a hard day's work or after a long sightseeing trip through Schmalkalden (or Oberhof, Suhl, Meiningen, Rennsteig and much more) - you've come to the right place.

The sleeping area is very modern with a NEW double bed with integrated lighting. The headboard is located directly under a double window, so you have a perfect view of the starry sky before you fall asleep.
The dining room (kitchen) is the heart of my apartment, because on the cozy sofa you can feel at home! If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed. Be careful, the sofa entices you to take a nap, which is often a sleep.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. Some basics like spices, coffee, tea and pasta are also available. Feel free to use my electric cooker to conjure up the dish of your choice - there are sufficient pots, pans and sharp knives.

Enjoy your meal or a nice game evening at the dining table, which offers enough space for up to 5 people.

The smaller bedroom has a very cozy 1.60mx 2.00m bed ready for you so that you are in top shape the next day. Up to two people can relax here, enough cozy blankets and pillows are available for you. Since there is a door, someone can withdraw here and enjoy privacy. This bedroom is also ideal for children, a few toys, books and cuddly toys are waiting for you.

In the daylight bathroom, not only a bathtub is waiting for you, but also lots of fresh towels. You will also find a hair dryer with a lot of power there.
