Our cozy holiday home for groups, families or seminars is located in the beautiful central holiday resort "Bödefeld". The new group room for 25 people, with projector and adjoining terrace, offers free choice to eat inside and outside. From here you can reach Winterberg, Schmallenberg or Meschede in about 20 minutes. Beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance. The Hunauski lift is 2 km away, perfect for beginners.

Mit Einschränkungen zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit 19 Personen im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist für die Personenanzahl wirklich perfekt. Viele Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mehrere sehr gut ausgestattete Küchen, Getränkekühlschrank, Grill, alles was wir brauchten. Die angrenzenden Nachbarn fühlen sich, so haben wir es erlebt, durch die wechselnden Gruppen jedoch stark belästigt. Aus unserer Sicht waren sie unfreundlich und haben unser Wochenenderlebnis stark geschmälert. Daher können wir das Haus nur für sehr sehr ruhige Gruppen empfehlen. Wir hatten Kinder dabei, keine Musik, haben Karten gespielt und ausgelassene Stimmung. Das für die angrenzenden Nachbarn leider ein Dorn im Auge. Für wen die Einschränkung akzeptabel ist, ist es aber wirklich eine sehr gute Unterkunft!

Schönes Familientreffen

Ein schönes geräumiges Haus mit ausreichend Schlafplätzen für unsere 20-köpfige Familie. Für die jüngeren der Partyraum mit Schallisolierung, während die Älteren sich und separate Wohnzimmer zurückziehen können. Und für die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten ist der wunderschöne Wintergarten bestens geeignet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: ausreichend Geschirr, Kühlmöglichkeiten und alle wichtigen Elektronischen Geräte in doppelter Ausführung. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich begrüßt und nach dem Rechten geschaut 👍
