Situated on a hill and between grain fields and meadows, this farm building is in an isolated location on a plot of land of approx. 4,500 m². The idyllic location is only 2-3 minutes drive from Schönwalde am Bungsberg and about 20 minutes from the Baltic Sea beaches.
The former farm belongs to the municipality of Schönwalde am Bungsberg with 2500 inhabitants and is located in the heart of the Holstein Switzerland. It is characterized by its rural location and by its proximity to the Baltic Sea (about 15 km). Many stores for daily needs are available directly in Schönwalde. The location allows shopping by bike, alternatively you can reach the town center in only 3-5 minutes by car. Baker, butcher, supermarket, doctors and also two banks are available here. The district capital Eutin is about 16 kilometers away and offers all further stores and a popular weekly market with regional products, the same applies to Neustadt i.H. (about 15 kilometers), which is located on the Baltic Sea, both are easy to reach.

The apartment is freshly renovated (Oct. 2023) offers cozy living comfort with plenty of space. Through a separate entrance you enter the large hallway lined with terrazzo from which the 2 spacious bedrooms , 1 children's room and the full bathroom with shower tub and the rustic with solid wood furniture equipped and well-equipped kitchen depart. 2 of the bedrooms as well as the clock cozy living room equipped with its own fireplace offer direct views of the surrounding fields. The design of the interiors give the apartment a rustic coziness. In addition to washing machine, an extra sofa bed, radio, books and LED TV, the apartment has a fiber optic connection, so fast internet is provided.
The apartment has its own large garden with a chestnut tree over 100 years old, a fenced pond, fruit trees, large trampoline, fireplace, barbecue area and 2 terraces, so you can have breakfast in the beautiful morning sun and in the evening enjoy the sun downer with a beer or glass of wine at the barbecue, unless you prefer to spend time on the old bench under the trees.

So if you want a lot of space, immediate nature and tranquility is exactly right with us. Children are welcome!

Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie hier

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön mit viel Garten und Landschaft drumherum, ruhig und abgelegen. Das war für uns aber keineswegs von Nachtteil sondern wir haben es es sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto ist man von dort aus sehr schnell an der Ostsee, den vielen Seen und auch sehenswerten Ortschaften und Städten. In Schönwalde gibt es einen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei wobei wir auch gerne in Hofläden welche wir in einigen Ortschaften entdeckten regionale Produkte eingekauft haben.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und mit dem tollen Garten für Kinder ein kleines Paradies. Gerade das große Trampolin und auch die Fahrzeuge wurden gerne genutzt. Das Kinderzimmer ist toll ausgestattet, u.a. mit zahlreichem Playmobil, das unsere Kids oft bespielt haben. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war, dass die Zimmer lediglich durch Innenrollos nicht so gut verdunkelt werden konnten, was das Schlafenlegen der Kinder immer wieder schwierig gemacht hat. Aber ansonsten lässt das Haus keine Wünsche übrig. Sogar die Nutzung des einen Badezimmers mit Toilette hat bei vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern gut geklappt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Ruhe

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll geschnitten und hat alles was man gewöhnlich braucht. Dazu gibts Kinderspielzeug, Bücher und den Garten. Zwei Tage, die wir zur Erholung auch ganz vor Ort mit den Kindern verbrachten, waren diese auch sehr glücklich, sich im Garten zu vergnügen und rumzustromern.

Gemütliche und sehr kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung lässt einem das Gefühl bei der Verwandtschaft zu Besuch zu sein und nicht in einer künstlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Viele kleine Details lassen es gemütlich wirken und die Kinder haben schöne Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben und man kann die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen :)

Super Unterkunft für viele Ausflüge

Als zwei Familien mit drei kleineren Kindern haben wir drei Nächte in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Bauernhaus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Es ist prima ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Auch das liebevoll eingerichtete Kinderzimmer mit Mal- und Leseecke sowie einer großen Playmobil-Kiste ist sofort gut bei den Kids angekommen. Vielen Dank! Von der Unterkunft aus ist man binnen 20 Minuten am Meer, im Esel-Park, in Zoo Grömitz, an der Steilküste, am Weissenhäuser Strand... Es gibt sicher noch viel mehr Ziele, die sich bequem mit dem Auto anfahren lassen. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus unbedingt weiter, denn hier kann man sich sehr gut vom Alltagsstress erholen!

Eine Haus-Perle im Feld

Das Haus ist ein Volltreffer. Hier stimmt alles. Wir waren mit 5 erwachsenen Personen und 1 Kleinkind dort untergebracht. Es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Zimmer mit den nötigsten aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Heizung funktioniert hervorragend. Auch der Kamin war vorbereitet, sodass man nur noch anzünden musste. Das Haus hatten wir für uns alleine. Ringsum ist Feld und somit ein Traum für Naturliebhaber und die die Ruhe suchen. Das gastgebende Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden es gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit erneut buchen. Eine gelungener und ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus bei malerischer Umgebung.
