The modern non-smoking apartment is ideal for two people and is located in close proximity to the fine, long sandy beach of California on the Baltic Sea.
In a few minutes walk to the promenade with numerous restaurants that provide for your physical well-being. Within walking distance you will also reach a supermarket (open seasonally) including a bakery. The Ostseeklinik is located in the immediate vicinity, so that the apartment is also the ideal accommodation for a companion to a rehabilitation. The 42 m² apartment in the "House Schleswig" in Schoenberg's district Holm is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a modern designed living room with an integrated kitchen and a separate bedroom, as well as a brightly designed bathroom and a west-facing loggia. The bedroom has a 1.60 x 2.00 m large, comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe. In the kitchen you will find a stove and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster, as well as a fridge-freezer. The glazed loggia invites you to linger and offers you a wonderful view of nature. There are free parking spaces across the street from the apartment house.

Ruhig &Entspannt
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Außerhalb der Ferien haben wir die Ruhe am Strand sehr genossen. Unsere Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Für einen Kurzurlaub genau das richtige. Wir kommen gern wieder

Soweit alles ok
Für einen Kurz-Urlaub war alles soweit ok.
Das Appartment ist neu ausgestattet und punktet einfach mit der Strandnähe.
Ansonsten ist das Haus an sich sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wobei die gesamte Anlage gepflegt ist.
Es hätte alles etwas sauberer sein können, die Gläser und Tassen waren nicht ordentlich abgespült, wir haben aus hyghienischen Gründen erst einmal eine komplette Küchenreinigung vorgenommen. So beginnt man seinen Trip jedoch eigentlich nicht.....
Im Bad war es ähnlich.
Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Umgebung genossen, dass war dann Urlaub.
