Away from old town center but walkable.... Reception was not staffed when I arrived, I had to wait until three people who clearly enjoyed their smoke decided to come back in... You have to lock yourself in your room, physical keys so God forbid there is a fire...they locked the front entry door by 7pm... Bed clean, lamps layered with dust you could physically see rise when the light came on... Breakfast and coffee good.... Ear plugs left by side table which I thought was nice and I realized why when you could hear EVERYTHING your neighbors were doing...using toilet....showering and opening and closing doors...also on road where trams and buses go by every 15 min

Nice hotel, well located

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is situated just on the edge of the centre and round the corner from the castle. Breakfast was very good.

Ich übernachte seit mittlerweile fast 5 Jahren bei meinen Besuchen im Hotel Elefant.Das Hotel liegt zentral. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen.Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Dieses Hotel kann ich mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen.

Toppengod frukost och trevligt rum med väldigt fräscht badrum. Bra läge med nära till sevärdheter och staden. En hel del ljud från gatan och då det var varmt behövde vi ha fönstret öppet. Det fanns dock öronproppar.

Der Empfang im Hotel war schon einzigartig. Kaum hatte man gemerkt das mein Mann bewegungseingeschränkt ist wurde das gesamte Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht. Alle Bitten und Fragen wurden sofort erledigt und beantwortet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Im Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen und auch hier wurde unsere Bitte um mundgerechtes Anrichten entsprochen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt
