In the district of Zippendorf, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Schwerin, in a quiet position in the residential district, 200 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'800 m2, large garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 800 m, café 100 m, tram "Zippendorf Eiche" 1 km, bus stop "Plater Strasse" 950 m, sandy beach "Zippendorf" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, cycle lane 100 m.
