Tolle ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick

Super Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, und ein Restaurant am Meer gibt es auch sehr gut.... Wir lieben die Ruhige Lage der nächste Bäcker ist um diese Jahreszeit ca 10km entfernt, ab Saison beginn dann kommt ein Bäcker wagen vorbei alles ist super und Toll, nur ab und an das Hundegebell von den wilden Hunden oder Nachbarn ist etwas störend

Appartement très bien situé, hôte sympathique

L'appartement est situé dans une villa divisée en 4 appartements. Celui-ci a une très belle vue sur la mer et nous a très bien convenu (2 adultes et un ado). Très bien situé pour visiter les grands sites archéologiques de Sicile. Sciacca est à 15/20 mn en voiture. Accès à pied à la plage de San Giorgio très appréciable. Cuisine pas très pratique mais adresse recommandée!

Bon séjour

Rocco est en effet très accueillant ainsi que nous avions pu le lire sur d'autres commentaires et même si nous aurions aimé pouvoir communiquer plus et plus facilement. L'accueil a été agréable avec le nécessaire pour notre premier petit-déjeuner et quelques autres provisions. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce. Il est toutefois un peu juste et spartiate pour 6 personnes surtout en hiver (février) où l'on ne peut se servir de la douche extérieure et où l'on profite moins de la terrasse. C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir l'ouest de la Sicile et il est très près de la mer.

Für Freunde der Einsam- und Einfachheit!

1) Lage: - abgelegenes Haus im Ortsteil San Giorgio, - Zufahrt über enge Schlagloch-Strassen und unbefestigten Straßenteil, - keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten (Einkauf, Restaurant etc.) in der Nähe, Fahrt nach Sciacca oder Ribera erforderlich, daher Mietwagen zwingend notwendig. Tägliche Versorgung mit Brot und Gebäck über einen Bäcker-Verkaufswagen (ca. 10 Uhr) möglich. - auch die Müllentsorgung (nach sizilianischer Art) ist nur mit Auto möglich, - sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer, - bis auf nächtliches Hundegebell und gelegentliche kleinere (private?) Musikveranstaltungen am Wochenende sehr ruhig, - Strand (Sand mit Steinen und Kies) mit Auto über Schotterstraßen in ca. 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. - Sehenswerte kulturelle Orte, z.B. Selinunte, Agrigento, sind mit Auto und vertretbarer Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. 2) Wohnung: - Große Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit passabler Möblierung und Ausstattung, weitestgehend sauber. - Küche (4-Flammen-Gasherd mit Propangasflasche) aufgrund der beengten Platzverhältnisse hinter dem Tresen nur schwierig und unter Beachtung der Sicherheit nutzbar. In der Küche kein fließendes warmes Wasser, kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle. - Badezimmer sehr schlecht zugeschnitten; kaum Platz für die Füße zwischen Dusche und Toilettenbecken. Fensteröffnung nur eingeschränkt möglich. Stufe in Raummitte. - Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. - Sehr schöne und schattige Parkplätze für das Auto. 3) Gastgeber: Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber. Jedoch schwierige Kommunikation, da er abweichend von der Objektbeschreibung nur Italienisch spricht. Die angegebenen Fremdsprachenkenntnisse werden durch Handhabung und Einsatz von Smartphone mit Übersetzungs-App. nur teilweise erreicht. Daher sind Kenntnisse der italienischen Sprache bei den Gästen von Vorteil.

Appartamento accogliente

La casa è graziosa, con piacevolissima terrazzina vista mare spaziosa per pranzi e colazioni. La posiIone è ottima per raggiungere vari punti turistici come la Valle dei Templi, Selinunte e tante belle spiagge con il mare pulito e fresco. Il signor Rocco è disponibilissimo ed ospitale, ci ha dato vari consigli e spunti riguardo le spiagge da visitare e sui ristoranti dove mangiare bene ad un buon prezzo nella vicina Sciacca. La nostra vacanza è stata bellissima anche grazie ai suoi consigli! Roberto e Claudia da Faenza (RA)

nach unseren Erkenntnissen nur zur Season zu empfehlen: Baulärm, Streunende Hunde wohin das Auge reicht. Der Vermieter ist hingehen sehr Bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste und wenn man beachtet, das man die Zimmer mit Meerblick absichert, alles super- wir hatten leider Pech ;).

ho soggiornato per una settimana a Sciacca in questa proprietà dove sono stato benissimo, un posto di pace con una splendida vista sul mare. Il proprietario è una persona molto servizievole e attenta alle necessita degli ospiti. lo suggerisco per chi vuole soggiornare in quella zona e a pochi passi dal mare. Antonio

Un coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec vue sur la mer depuis une magnifique terrasse bien équipée début octobre. Le lieu est calme, la mer est tout proche. Mais ce que nous retiendrons surtout c'est l'accueil du propriétaire qui nous avait réservé de belles surprises : visite des lieux intéressants de Sciacca pour que nous puissions nous repérer facilement. Dégustation de pâtisserie sicilienne... Une grande gentillesse qui nous donne envie de revenir dans cette région. Grazie mille signore Rocco.

Relax a due passi dal mare

La casa è in un luogo tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia poco affollata ed il mare pulito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie anche alla cordialità e alla disponibilità di Rocco. Sciacca si raggiunge in auto e l'unica pecca è la mancanza di un negozio di generi di prima necessità nelle vicinanze. Da qui si possono visitare tranquillamente le province di Agrigento e Trapani.
