This lovely unit is located in the heart of Scicli, located in a charming alleyway behind the beautiful church of Santa Maria La Nova.
We completed a full renovation of the house in 2018, keeping all the charm of this traditional neighborhood, considered to be the chicest in Scicli!
This small apartment enjoys the view on the San Guglielmo chapel (1600) and Santa Maria La Nova, but also on the pictoresque Cava opposite. It is only 150 meters from the nearest restaurant and 300 meters from the beating heart of Scicli (Piazza Busacca, Via Mormino Penna), and all the main attraction.
This air-conditioned apartment is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious living / kitchenette.
