The room was comfortable, and the staff was courteous. The central bar was enjoyable and had attentive bartenders. Unfortunately, the lack of valet service or assistance with luggage made arrival inconvenient, and the absence of automatic doors made it awkward to enter while carrying bags. Allowing smoking throughout the casino was also disappointing and created an unpleasant environment. Overall, the property has potential but falls short of the standard one would expect from a casino resort of this caliber.

very nice resort, my only complaint is the parking, terrible, very far to walk and no close handicapped parking, miss valet service.
