I had some issues with checking and my registration, but the manager, Mitchell, intervened and was awesome. Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Parking was easily accessible.

The hotel was beautiful, but the rooms and furniture in them needed to be upgraded. One of the beds in our room was broken, the linens were tattered and the bathroom needed some attention. The room was decently clean, but could use a deep clean. Sheets and bedding were clean, room smelled good. The thermostat and HVAC worked well. The common areas were stunning and the staff seemed nice as well. We would stay again.

While the building is gorgeous, it was the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. No ventilation made the room smell incredibly musty. The bed and pillows were so hard that I tossed and turned all night resulting in a sore neck and raging headache. We decided to cut our stay a day early and when we went to check out the clerk who initially gave us the wrong room number the day before only said "Okay" when we told him we couldn't stay another night with them.

VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY, filled with history regarding the once train station’s transformation into a hotel. Excellent price for a 420sf King, non-smoking room! Beautiful interior - opulent! This property is beautiful inside! We could sit in the lobby all day! The food at Trax was delicious!! And the service in the restaurant and hotel was wonderful! But the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms.
