In Scuol-Suot, on the edge of the old part of the village, the house is situated in a quiet location. The bus stop to the train and cable car station Motta Naluns is located in the immediate vicinity. The Engiadina Scuol and the village center is within 5 minutes walk. The south-west orientation of the apartment offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The 2 1/2 room apartment with an area of 60 m2 consists of a double bedroom, a shower room with toilet, living room with balcony and an open modern kitchen. This is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Kaffeeemaschine, fondue set, toaster and other appliances. Satellite TV, radio, telephone and internet access are also available.
