Quiet spot a little away from the coast

We needed a spot to stay for a week day night after a full day at the beach. It was a littler further from the coast than others, but that might have helped with it being a quiet nice spot to sleep for the night. There were some small breakfast options and plenty of parking. A solid spot far enough away from the craziness, but close enough to get to.

I liked the feeling of safety and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were sufficient. It would be convenient to have laundry facilities and a microwave, but neither were available. Still and all it was just what I needed; a place to rest between my two fishing trips.

We’ve stayed here twice, and both times have appreciated the simple cleanliness of the facilities and the warm reception from the staff. One minor challenge was that the air conditioning was too cold. Otherwise, put on a sweater and enjoy the stay!

This is my second time here. The rooms are well-equipped and clean; those nearer the office and away from the road tend to have less traffic noise, although some is present throughout the property. This, however, is offset by the extreme convenience and fantastic location in the affluent town of Sea Girt. I am here for an event in downtown Sea Girt and find the rooms quite acceptable if you can handle Spartan rather than plush. Good value.

Great place for a weekend

It is in a great location, rooms are small but they’re great if it’s just a place to sleep. Beds are comfy and clean. Bathrooms are on the smaller side and could use some updates but overall well kept! Will be staying here again!

We were only there for 2 nights for a wedding in the area. Everyone was extremely nice at arrival and checkout. Room was very clean. Our room was right in front of the pool and it was still quiet and peaceful. If I had to comment on anything it would be that the WIFI was very week and unusable so if you're in need of it during your stay, this is your heads up!

Excellent and coziest lodge.

This family owned lodge had everything you need to be comfortable with your family in a very clean, cozy and quiet location. The owners were very quick to help us with an issue we had and were super accommodating. I will be staying here again in future trips! Highly recommend this place!
