Turtles Nest Sealoft Villa at 936 Sealoft Drive is a beautiful newly remodeled cottage with a fabulous view over the large lagoon on the 11th Fairway of the Ocean Winds course. With three decks overlooking the lagoon and golf course, this home offers wonderful space to relax under the warm Seabrook sun with views that are second to none. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the array of wildlife just feet away. From bald eagles, roseate spoonbills, osprey, egrets, heron and more. This great location is in walking distance to the beach, golf clubhouse and beach club making this newly renovated rental a must see. Seabrook Club Amenity cards are included in the rental assuring the perfect getaway for families and couples looking to enjoy all that Seabrook Island has to offer. From golf, biking, kayaking, horseback rides on the beach, tennis, pickleball or just relaxing on the beach as the dolphins swim past. The primary bedroom deck is furnished with top of the line outdoor furniture to enjoy the wildlife below. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed, Smart HDTV with easy access to the bathroom off of the newly remodeled kitchen. Upstairs in the loft are two new full size beds, a Smart HDTV with Playstation and sliding glass doors leading to another deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The loft also has a brand new 60 inch mounted TV and PlayStation console for the kids to enjoy after a day on the beach.

Villa also has a new printer and power station for Home Office work.

**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. You do not need the cards for horseback riding. Passes to the Lake House facilities: indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, may be purchased for $15/day/person. No fee for outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
