Nice condo 15 min bike ride from beach

This is a fine two bedroom two level condo right by the entrance gate to Seabrook Island. It is a 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The owner/property manager was efficient and helpful.

Overall it was a good stay, we love seabrook! .The cleanliness could have definitely been improved.

The overall stay was good ! We love the location. The cleanliness could definitely use some improvement, the toilet- bathroom im the bedroom with twin beds was VERY dirty toilet was black, the shower curtain had mold on it. The silverware drawer had hair in it and was dirty.. the beds were very uncomfortable. It was doable but could use improvement for sure.

Good, Easy Book & Stay

Super easy access by providing email and phone number via text and close to gate if planning to leave the island. Liked the two story layout as our tween & teen had their own room vs. having to sleep on a pull out sofa. Kitchen updated and very nice. Maybe it was our timing at end of summer, but seat cushions would be nice for master porch seating.

Comfortable property with amazing Hammock

We enjoyed our stay at Treetop. The extra pillows, porches, marsh view and hammock were lovely. The a/c was cool.
