The place was loud. I mean, you get what you pay for - it's a very inexpensive inn - but the place was loud. The hot water took 7 minutes to heat up and when it did it, it was either SCALDING or frigid. The wifi is an unsecure network and while my phone would connect, my laptop just kept saying "move closer to router." For a low-budget option, the place is fine. The door also didn't go all the way to the bottom and there was a definitive crack under the door.

A lovely find located snuggly between Huntington & Seal Beaches right on PCH. Shopping & Dinning locations within 5 minutes(drive). The room we stayed in was recently renovated. Fresh paint, flooring, and a brand new bed(on the firmer side very comfy). From our room, you could actually see a sliver of the waves crashing onto the beach. A beautiful stay, we will most definitely be back.

The property is very clean and must be newly renovated. It’s nothing fancy but for the price you can’t beat it . Most of all, it’s very clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone! Special Thankyou to Ashni, for her great costumer service
