Welcome to the fully renovated 1935 Pecan House! The Pecan House is located one street over from the historical houses on Center street which leads to downtown Searcy square. We are also only a 3 minute drive from Harding University. The Pecan House is family and pet friendly with an open floor plan and a fenced in backyard. This house was designed to be a home away from home. We hope to have the privilege of hosting you and your family.

This property is a perfect location for family in town visiting their Harding University student. Everything you need in Searcy is a few miles away. Pecan street house is open, airy, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Great communication throughout the entire stay with quick response rate. We will book again for sure!!

The communication with the host/owner was awesome. The bed was so comfortable. I brought my 6-lb. puppy and the low windows were amazing for him to look out of. I enjoyed the environment so. Was in town due to mother being in the hospital and was only extremely close to hospital which I did not know when I made reservation. What a blessing! Thank you!

Adorable little home. The pictures don't do it justice. The bed was super comfortable and there were sound machines in the bedrooms to make a perfect sleeping environment. I would 100% recommend and I would stay again.

Very comfy, cozy, and well appointed with touches of elegance. Large manicured yard with a welcoming front porch, Ample parking, and private back yard, again, well appointed with grill and seating. Would visit again and highly recommend!
