This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.

Our happy place! We absolutely love taking spontaneous trips down here and booking with Dry Dock! The Staff is SO friendly and we love the pool which is immaculately clean! The air conditioners are cold. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Amazing!

The location and convenience of the property was most important to me for this stay. The tv had limited stations available and the property was dated . I recommend this property for short term stays as it provides accessibility to all.

This is a fabulous and comfortable property! The staff are wonderful! So friendly, kind and helpful at all times of day and night. They felt like friends by the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many wonderful choices. Our room was large, clean and comfortably furnished. We slept every night like we were at home in our own bed. I can’t say enough about this property or the people who work there! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It’s not worth saving some money to stay here. The place is outdated, stained, feels dirty and unsafe. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Rooms seem like a prison cell. Just spend a little more and go somewhere better, trust me.

The motel is dated and the bathroom needs to be redone, not just painting the tub/shower. Also, the toilet seat was not attached to the bowl and needs more than just a cleaning. The beds were pretty good and sheets were clean.

Dry Dock is only a basic roof over your head. Do not expect white glove clean - tub is painted, corners are overlooked, furniture is badly worn & chipped, floors are sandy from previous beach visitors. Pool area may have trash laying about as it did when we visited. The exterior of the facility (stairs, doors, etc) will tell you what to expect before you get into your room. My moment of "what have I booked" was when I walked into a dirty, disorganized main office. I will not stay at Dey Dock again.

Nobody spoke English at front desk either day, they just look at u like you’re a burden. So that was hard to check in. The beds and rooms are garbage microwave don’t even work. Ac system sounds like a lawnmower. tv is the size of my iPhone. Spend the extra 100$ and find something better.
