It gets exactly the number of stars it deserves. It’s not trying to be anything or less. Went into it knowing it would be kinda rough and it was. Good location though.

Listen, this isn’t a nice place to stay BUT it’s a Seaside budget motel and it was acceptable. Very uncomfortable king size bed as there was no give to it. Just very flat. The worst feature was the shower as it didn’t feel “clean”. Pool was nice though. All in all you get what you pay for and if needed I’d stay here again. Just would keep my expectations very very low

I was a bit hesitant to book a stay after reading reviews. During check in an entire stay front desk staff were kind and easy to communicate with. The front desk secretary Shirley made sure my family and I were treated very well for my daughter’s birthday weekend. I felt very comfortable and rooms were clean which was made out to be as if the place was not a good place to stay. You are able to relax and walk in and out your room and areas feeling safe! The pool area was very clean and you are also able to cook on the grill if available. I will now be feeling comfortable enough to book my next stay!

This property in three words “AN ABSOLUTE DUMP” DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. BUGS IN THE ROOM. CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE YOUR FRONT DOOR. BEDS DIP IN A HOLE AND WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. TOWELS WERE OLD AND STAINED. CURTAINS WERE MOLDY AND RIPPED. LIMITED PARKING FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. PEOPLE PARTYING UNTIL 3:30AM IN THE MORNING. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

I stay here every time I go to seaside heights and it never disappoints. Staff are great, pool is great. The hotel isn’t anything fancy but it reminds me of being a child and always has a good vibe. And it’s literally right next to the boardwalk

The staff was very friendly. The room itself was alright but the bathroom was gross. It smelled of pee and the shower was filthy. I don’t think they ever change the shower curtain.

The room was in horrible condition.. dirty, smell of urine, moldy shower curtain, bathroom door didn't close, bugs, hair. Outlets loose, no remote for tv, the list goes on. The property was in awful shape. I understand beach hotels are outdated, but this was a nightmare. Didn't stay our 2nd night.

The hotel itself wasn't bad. Nice area, super close close to the beach, within walking distance to shops. The room was a lil dirty, hairs on the sheets under covers/pillows, the floor wasn't swept. But we were only there to sleep n shower. The pool was also nice, pretty decent size and lots of lounging chairs. Super easy check in and out 👍
