Parking was secure. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it is in a bit of dodgy area, we as 4 females travelling, all felt safe. The staff are also extremely approachable. The room was clean, and pretty quiet, with great blackout curtains, and comfortable beds. Would happily recommend this motel.

We were really impressed. For the low, low price and slightly sketchy neighborhood we were not expecting much at all. What we found was a super friendly and competent front desk experience. The room was clean, clean and in perfect condition. The property and parking are in a locked, gated area and we met the on-site security. Nice experience.

I typically avoid staying in motels, but had no choice. This was was affordable, clean, had no smell, and the staff was very friendly. They have gated and patrol security, and made it clear that they do not tolerate any illegal activity. I actually enjoyed my stay!

Considering is a "motel" it was super clean! The rooms smell good! I love they ask for each ID photo, I love they do not allow any stranger to the property. The main gate has lock too so i feel secure even outside looks bad

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Room and bathroom were clean, and we appreciated that the parking lot gate is closed at night for added security. Easy access to many popular attractions such as Pike place market.

I had heard that this area was so so and had a bit of prostitution in the area. However, reviews were positive and mentioned a gated parking lot. Both were true. I originally booked this hotel because it was very hard finding a hotel in our price range in town for these dates. While the area was off putting, the property was clean and taken care of. On top of it, the staff was very friendly and things felt secure with the parking gate. I would come back again, but as a back up hotel.

Good stay for those an a budget.

It was good! The room are clean, sheets are clean. Cover was okay, I smelt like it was used once at least. Hotel provided hygeine supplies, water. Sorroundings are clean, gated parking. Hotel is in an okay area of N Seattle. It was good stay for its price. I will stay again and if on a budget, Best Motel is good place to stay.

Overall, I had a really good stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe—which is always a top priority when traveling. A few small things that could be improved: the bed skirt looked like it had been stepped on with a muddy shoe, and a few more or thicker pillows for added comfort would be great. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, TV with working channels, WiFi, space for clothes storage, and a closet—which made the stay even more convenient. A big shoutout to the front desk lady—she was super nice and kind, and even took the time to chit chat with me about the event we had just attended before checking in. That kind of friendliness really makes a difference. Also, if your room faces the neighboring property, you might get a little extra entertainment courtesy of the hookers next door 😂 Minor quirks aside, it was a solid and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back in the future!
