Close to everything! This unit is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the hot shopping, restaurants and nightlife Capitol Hill has to offer. Downtown Seattle, Seattle University, South Lake Union are all minutes away.
This newly remodeled and entirely updated apartment is in a triplex that was once a large colonial style home. It is stylish and tastefully decorated, and well appointed with all you could need to cook a gourmet meal including a gas range and a dinning table that seats up to eight.
There is a wonderful front porch with cozy wicker furniture to relax on with friends. The king mattress in the bedroom is new and super comfortable. The brand-new sectional sofa folds out to a full size bed and another person can sleep on the other section of the L shape if needed. It has air conditioning.
This awesome unit is just what you have been looking for your stay in Seattle.
