This hotel was probably one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Their rating definitely matches up to what is actually offered; from the comfortability of the room to the food they serve in the downstairs/dining area. Yes the rooms are on the smaller side but the room is perfect if you’re traveling solo or a couple. The location of this hotel was also super convenient! Wouldn’t mind coming again :)

Honestly 12/10 highly recommend this hotel! Better than anything I expected, surpassed by far all my expectations, entire staff was wonderful! Charlotte was amazing! I can’t stop raving about how amazing this hotel was! Looking forward to staying here again and in every city they have them in.

This property was beautiful! The staff was friendly, they are more of a modern hotel where they let their guests handle their check-in and more etc. however staff was always always and ready with answers. We would hang at the bar every night and one of the employees was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us many recommendations. She was aware of her surroundings as she was able to to chat with us and help the other guests! Will definitely stay here again and at other property’s all over the world. The rooms were so cute! I felt like I was in Japan and the lighting was great and features were great. Only negative there was no air vent. Or maybe we couldn’t find it. Overall, the location was great we would walk a lot or take the scooters. This definitely was a great trip, and the hotel only made it more amazing!

I loved the room and vibe of this hotel!! I would definitely stay here again or even on their other properties in other states. Only “complaint” was that the iPad for the room was not charging at all, not even when I switched to my own charging cord. But besides that everything was perfect for me.

Great hotel

The hotel was really nice, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are small but bed and shower is big, and rooms laid out so there's plenty of space, it doesn't feel cramped.

This was my first stay at a citizen M property and I adored it. My room was compact but perfect. The bed and linens were divine. I loved being able to control everything from an app on my phone. The staff were helpful and friendly. The canteen was convenient and open late.
