The property is automated from self check in and check out to an iPad that controls the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room coY and quirky. The iPad wasn't great for controlling the tv.

While the beds were comfortable, the AC did not work at all and the room was SO hot. When we said something to the receptionist, they didn’t do much and we had to stay in a hot room all weekend. The AC was set to 64 and the room was 74 degrees. Also, the batteries need to be replaced in the smoke detector so the light blinked all night which kept me up. Nothing was mentioned about this prior. I felt like this property was NOT worth the money spent on it.

Stayed here for a film festival and it was quite nice. The rooms are very small. At 6’4” I could almost touch both walls. The bed is large and comfy, but if you’re a couple one will have to climb over the other to get out as only one side of the bed doesn’t have a wall. The shower is great and actually feels large in comparison. The desk is a joke, but the lobby has a great feel so I was able to work there. The breakfast was pretty good and the all you can drink espresso drinks that comes with it is fabulous for a caffeine addict like me. The staff overall were great but a few seemed extremely grumpy. Overall, though no complaints.
