Property is located to downtown Seattle and is in a good neighborhood. Vince was very good at communicating and very responsive.
However, we didn't realize how many stairs the house has. There are 4 levels of stairs and if you have any knee issues, it's would be hard to navigate this property. If you use the front door, there's about 30-40 stairs for you to climb. There were also some cosmetic/plumbing issues but Vince was apologetic about them.
With that said, our deal breaker with this property is that it's a Condo, not a house. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving and were up late one night, chatting and playing music. The next door neighbor started banging on the wall multiple times and reported us.
So, I guess if you're looking to just chill and not do much, have no knee problems, then this house is ideal. It wasn't for us.
Location fabulous!. Comfortable beds! Overall good experience. Bedroom hot upstairs for me. Didnt see fan tucked in the closet until last morning. Wish I had known about it early on. Will come back again!!
Loved everything about it except the smell was over powering! We had to open all the windows and doors because the chemicals were so strong we could hardly breathe! . But that really did not detract from all that was excellent about the place!!

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay.
Great communication from the host. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space.
Owner is approachable and friendly, and the place is very spacious and comfoetable, kitchen is lovely and cozy with a lots of amenities. Aytic room has an awesome view of the surrounding area, definitely a good option for staying!

The overall decor was peaceful and stylish. I loved the design of the property minus the off-street parking.
Limited Customer Support
Entrance Codes: We had a 2 – 3-hour delay because of access to entrance to property. I had 2 computer experts and a college professor assisting to gain access. After several hours we received a phone call from a very rude female providing the needed information.
Flood Under the Kitchen Sink on Christmas Eve- The response from the owner Vince “Let me ask him (Alberto from maintenance) if he can fit that on his schedule. Alberto came and repaired the leak/flood under the sink, but nobody came to up the water. I had to clean up the water under the sink and on the floor.
Limited Attentions to details-
3 light bulbs in key places needed to be replaced.
Disorganization of kitchen plans, pots & lids, no wine glasses, some pans were not clean.
Directions for how to use the coffee maker, light switches, and fireplace were readily available.
Eating Area Chair were dirty and stained and detached from the frame from on the chairs.
No access to vacuum or a broom.
Snow Removal- I texted Vince about the snow on the steps and the ground. Vince response: “I currently, due to the snow, I don’t have anyone to send.” However, Vince expected to my family to vacate the property by 10:00 am. This property did have a broom, snow shovel or sand to assist us. Thank God, nobody was fell.
Very comfortable and updated vacation rental in Queen Anne with stunning views from every corner of the townhome! There's plenty of space for guests. My fiance and I want to return soon!
