It was Fresh & New, (still) we stayed previously in a two bedroom loved it! This stay was a studio , just right for two of us. Very comfortable quiet, most of fresh & clean. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Will stay again!!

Parking fee is ridiculous

Pretty sure I looked for a hotel that had free parking. Element charges $22 *every* time you drive off property. Very nice breakfast.

It was horrible experience! 3 floor smells bad like the toilet over floo like the pipes busted! And people kept getting stuck in the elevator. We want a full refund! I only stayed 1 night

We enjoyed the property. We were preparing to move rooms, which we were not looking forward to, due to an issue with a barking dog that took several hours to resolve. The issue was resolved which we appreciated but it impacted our stay. We are willing to give the property one more chance as we enjoyed everything else.

Interior felt brand new or freshly updated. Loved it! Also, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and daily breakfast bar.

The staff were extremely pleasant. When I arrived at my room, I found the bed unmade - the room had obviously not been serviced. The person on staff was very apologetic and quick to assign me to a new room. That room had an issue with the refrigerator; there was water leaking all over the floor. I cleaned the area up as best I could because the floor was slippery. I notified personnel before I left the next morning. Would I go there again? Most likely not.
