Awesome

Stay was great, love the breakfast buffets and so does the family. I have dug the new layouts on these hotels where everything is centered and rooms are above and around.

We stayed for 3 nights and the rooms weren’t cleaned on any day. When we called front desk or room service from the room, no one answered the phone. When we checked in they gave us a wrong room key. When we reached the room it did not open so we had to go back down to the front desk. Then they gave us key to another room.

It wasn't what I thought it would be the front desk was not helpful nor kind the TV 's didn't work and the hotel gave me and ADA room that I didn't request and said their was no other room available made several complaints about the TV we weren't able to watch the entire time we were there. It was very frustrating to have a room that we didn't enjoy. We were there to celebrate my granddaughters graduation but couldn't have her in the room to visit because the TV didn't work. I've stayed at several Embassy Suites in different states and this experience was by far the worst

Well the water didn’t work for out entire stay, we did not end up paying for our stay, but the way the situation was handled was ridiculous. We were constantly told the water would be back on in a couple of hours, for two full days! We would have booked somewhere else had we known. We were also told we would not be charged anything for our stay but I was charged for the bottles of water used in the room THAT WE HAD TO USE TO TRY TT FLUSH THE TOILET. ridiculous. I’m sure the hotel is great otherwise but a terrible experience for us this time.

We have stayed here a few times and the staff is always wonderful and the rooms are always clean. It’s close to I-90 to get wherever you need to go but not so close that you hear road noise through the night.

Great and comfortable stay

The bathroom had some improper construction like the glass door sliding bar was installed slanted. Also the door and the glass wall I think were not installed in the right way which would cause the shower water to go outside from between them. Other than this, everything was very good and comfortable.

I was upset when I called the front desk the day before checking in, I inquired if it was acceptable to check in a day late. The gentleman said it was fine and not to worry. The next day when I arrived my 4 day stay was canceled! After a long wait, I left for lunch and when I came back the gentleman was on hold with Expedia.

Worst experience ever!! They had to shut the water off on the 2nd morning of our stay. Communication was horrific, they kept promising it would be back on within hours but after 24 hours I moved our family to another hotel WITHOUT any assistance from the office or Hilton customer service. The only advise they offered was where we would go for bathrooms or pay at a gym for showers. I feel bad for the front desk that their management did not support them through this disaster. We are out hundreds of dollars with no details on a refund in sight! Terrible experience!!
