Stayed here because the property was close to my conference and close to Amtrak. And other fun things downtown. There was a lot of construction in the area. It was not very clean. There wasn't a lot of dining and the hotel staff was not great, not very helpful. Vending machine was broken. Seems they put out a basket of snacks when some people check in but not for all which is kinda crummy. I say in the lobby a while and watched this favoratism it was annoying. If you book through 3rd party like Expedia they don't let you make any changes, i wanted to check out a day early because of a family emergency and they said no. Overall an ok experience, parking garage is locked. So your car is safe, so that was nice.
