If you’re looking for a nice, clean, safe, centrally located hotel that’s not overpriced, this is a great spot. I’ve stayed here on two different occasions and it’s been a good experience both times. The Woods Coffee downstairs has great breakfast sandwiches and coffee as well!

The property is dated, but the bed was comfortable, the room was generally clean, and I liked the fact they had a microwave and fridge. I think the elevator could use an update though. The convenience of the location and proximity to downtown Bellevue is why I would stay there again, as well as an overall good sleep.

Walls were paper thin with guests (residents?) in next room playing loud music/TV, and could hear every word. Elevators working but in disrepair. Woken up by alarm clock in the next room with no one staying there and had to call down to front to have it turned off. I checked out a day early, first time in my life.

Didn’t realized that there is a $15 parking charge daily but the front desk clerk suggests we sign up as reward member and get the parking waived. Very appreciative of that.
