We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in when we arrived at 11 am - our room was ready! The room has a nice seating area and desk and very unique and cool design. We had a great stay!

This hotel claims to be a luxury hotel but it is not. The room is small and very cramped. The bed is very low to the floor, so be careful if you have lower back problems. There were absolutely no luxury amenities in the room or bathroom. The staff was very unwelcoming at checkin. We arrived at night after a long flight to a cold reception, provided the room key with no explanation of where anything was located. I will say the hotel is adjacent to a very nice restaurant, Lola, with excellent food and superb staff- obviously, not related to the hotel. The hotel does have a lovely bar area on the second floor which was never open. We stayed four nights through a weekend, and it was not manned. There is a culinary school, which also remained closed. We have no information to share about it because the reception staff never spoke to us. I would not ever stay here again.

The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready. 1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point. Overall, disappointed with the Andra.

Nice hotel, spacious, well-equipped room, excellent shower, adequate soundproofing. Where they fall flat for me is in their staff. Except for the doorman (he was great), the staff was not welcoming nor particularly friendly throughout our stay. Otherwise, a nice choice for loud and crazy downtown Seattle.
