This is a fabulous hotel with such old world charm. I love how they change their carpet in the elevator each day to match the day of the week. Just two minor things. This is an old hotel, so the insulation isn't great. You will hear a lot of the street noise. Also - our heat wasn't working that great, so our room was cold. But even with that- I would stay again.

Customer service at the Sorrento is always awesome! I stay often at the Sorrento when I have medical stuff going on at Swedish because it is comfortable, nice and clean, and they take really good care of me. It's like a lovely step back in time. The food at Stella is amazing as well.
