A lovely hotel with great character and charm, topped off with amazing service. Richard at reception was extremely helpful and friendly, and Jaime in the bar was very pleasant and went out of her way to assist us. My family and I are lnoking forward to coming back.

Nice Historical Hotel

Beautiful old hotel. Front desk person (Miles) was fantastic. Descent access to Seattle University. Looked very clean, but white socks blackened when walking in room. A/C is a mobile unit that I cleaned and had to empty water accumulation to keep operational Despite being pretty empty, both dinner and breakfast were good. Room service was perfect.

Exceptional Comfort in Seattle

My stay at the Hotel Sorrento was so wonderful. I had surgery the next day and let the Hotel know that I needed a quiet room so I could get a good nights sleep before my ODark Hundred check in time. The Hotel Team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They upgraded me to a Suite on a high floor and with no street noise. Thank You Miles. And Joshua was so kind and attentive at the lovely Stella Restaurant. A great menu selection. Chloe helped me get a taxi to the Hospital the next morning. Such a Comfort. Thank You.
