Small but ellegant room. Very comfortable bed. Great restful and vast lobby. We asked for a noon chevk out but was denied. 19 floors so you'd think they could have allowed us another hour. But all associates were friendly and professional. Just did our 11 am zoom meeting in a quit spot in their lobby instead of the room. Very nice hotel.

Really beautiful art deco hotel will all the amenities you could want. It's very conveniently located just a walk to Pikes Place Market, downtown, the waterfront, many excellent restaurants, (including Riders in the hotel), the Seattle Convention Center, the Paramount Theatre. Our room was very comfortable, with beautifully updated details. Service was impeccable. Appreciate the complimentary wine in the evenings!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a while. I loved the ambience and service, friendly staff and attentive to guests needs. The cafe, the bar, & restaurant were outstanding and it is centrally located. They have complimentary wine from 5-6pm. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The staff was freindly and very accomadating with a date change. When we arrived we were offered a complimentary glass of wine. The room was clean, nice but a rather small. Strider, the restaurant inside hotel serves delicious food. The location is great for walking to shopping, theater, other resturants, and the covention center. Overall a great place and we would definatley come back.
