I stayed in a room that was very nice. I came with a baby and they had a crib ready for me when I arrived. This was very much needed and appreciated. The front desk was friendly. I loved how close we were to the space needle and the arena where the kracken were playing.

When traveling we always look for accommodations with a bar and restaurant. The ad stated this hotel had both and they now have neither. This made our visit difficult since I am limited in my mobility. Very disappointed

Very clean, breakfast was good and staff was amazing. One employee was even watching over us and protected me and my girl friends from a homeless man that was bothering us right outside so very thankful for that! No complaints!

When I was picking a hotel to stay at by biggest filter was a hotel with a restaurant and bar. That is why I picked this hotel. When we arrived I was told there is no longer a restaurant and that it was permanently closed. They have not updated the website and it is very miss leading. I did like the room especially having a couch in the room.
