Excellent hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. We were close to the elevator which I thought would be an issue with noise but we really didn’t hear anything. It’s on the expensive side but I would stay here again.

Hotel was beautiful, staff were terrible. Both times I called, once to request early check in and after check out to inquire about additional fees charged, the staff were short and rude. Check in was a nightmare, the lobby was PACKED with guests. Had to sit around and wait for over an hour because “our room was not ready”. We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready. After an hour we noticed people who had arrived long after us were getting room keys. We went to the front desk to double check and the room had been ready for who knows how long. When we finally got into the room the carpet was wet. We were double charged for parking with no communication. I would never stay here again.
