The property was clean and the staff friendly. I loved this hotel. As we all know, Seattle has a major drug problem. At night, you could see people in huddles passing a needle around. They were not shy about it and didn’t care who saw them. It’s unsafe to walk anywhere at night. This was the situation in the area of the convention center.

The hotel room was nice, the staff was super friendly. I only have two gripes and this probably only applies to our room. First was there is a laundry shoot in the wall of our hotel room, we could hear the door open and slam every time they would drop laundry down. This starts at 8am every day, we could also hear the laundry machine running at night. The second little thing was the shower temperature, the handle is super sensitive and had to be in the absolute perfect position to have water that wasn’t lava or ice. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.
