This was a great little boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Everything was clean, staff was super helpful and friendly, and the location couldn't be beat!

We loved this hotel, the aesthetic was great. I’m not sure if we received a room upgrade as far as type of room, but he did make sure we had a view which was nice! I think, as a VIP property, parking should be included as it’s off site. Other than that, the staff was really friendly, location was amazing and our stay was very comfortable! Providing ear plugs was very thoughtful as there was a lot of street noise from Pikes Market!

We enjoyed our Seattle Trip, we chose this hotel because it was labled as a VIP. It was a clean, cute hotel and it was walking distance to many attractions & restaurants. The staff was nice, but they didn't go out of there way for you. We were not treated like VIP's, I metioned our status and the girl just said it didn't apply to them. Our room was very small, we couldn't fit our luggage in-between the bed and walls. The restaurant/bar closed so early we had to look for other places to drink/eat. Also we were on the second floor and everynight we could hear everything that was going on outside. It was LOUD. I know that was out of there control.

Excellent stay

The employees are service oriented and professional. They provided a 5 star experience. Room was comfortable and had a great view. Room was clean, if you like having fresh towels during the stay you need to ask to have your room refreshed. Food was really a treat, the complimentary drink also elevated the experience. Location was ideal.

Of course it’s a tiny room, but it’s cute. Can’t ask for a better location next to pike place market, especially for the price. Also next to the ferry, gum wall, museums, etc.

Waited an hour past 3 p.m. to check in. Front desk clerk wasn’t very present, but did hook us up with some drink vouchers. ‘Library’ was a fun place to play cars and relax. Wes Andersen vibe throughout. Second time back, this time with my wife. Might return.
