This unique house has a style of its own. One story mid century ranch house tastefully renovated recently into a modern home. It’s open, warm and bright. Hard wood floors in the entire house and tiled bathroom. Gas fireplace in the living room and a functioning wood stove in the kitchen and dining area are great additions for a romantic getaway. The large double sink bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower. All appliances are brand new. Kitchen with a gas stove is fully stocked and inviting.

This mid century one story house has been completely renovated with modern architectural elements. It’s an open plan, warm and welcoming for adults or families. It has fenced backyard in a quiet area near horse trails and Bridal Trails state park. It has gas fireplace and wood stove in the house with a fire pit in the backyard. It’s completely wheelchair accessible.

The entire house and backyard is yours. There’s an apartment completely separate from the house is located on the side with different entrance.

Hamid is an amazing host. He has created a cozy, welcoming space. My children didn't want to leave. The location is close to everything. I was driving to Seattle which takes 25 mins in low traffic ---- it can take that long to drive inside Seattle. Kirkland has great restaurants and lots of places to explore. This is a true hidden gem! Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. Well-stocked kitchen and place settings for six, which we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. Notably, though, there was no toaster and the coffee maker was old and could be replaced.

Updated and extremely comfortable

Great location. Interior seems to be newly refurbished and spotless. Kitchen and bathroom are very well organized and well laid out. Walk in shower a big plus. Beds are firm and very comfortable.We will be renting here again.
