Pristine and clean condition with newer furniture, appliances and kitchen products. We are an experienced 5 star ranked VRBO owner who has another home in Arizona.
The home is centrally located to the greater eastside, with easy access to soccer fields, downtown Redmond, Microsoft, and Woodinville wine country. This Tri-level air-conditioned home sleeps 8 in four bedroom areas; the Master has a queen sized bed, the 2nd guest bedroom a full, 3rd guest bedroom has wo XL twin beds, the 4th AKA Office located just off the family room also has two XL twin beds. The home has two upstairs showers, one with a soaking tub and a 3rd toilet is located in the utility room just off of the garage. The custom kitchen offers all needed cooking items and the year around patio has a Blackstone grill with seating for at least 10. There is a spacious living and dinning areas along with a comfortable family room with gas fireplace. The backyard is fully fenced, stone slate areas, with serene water fall feature and beautiful spring/summer garden. Parking is available for 3 cars, 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway with additional parking on the street.
