I have been staying at Sheraton hotels for years but it's the first time we did not receive housekeeping services even though we stayed for 3 days. Upon check-in, we were asked if we would require housekeeping services. I said not necessarily change of sheets but at least empty our trash and replenish our paper supplies and coffee. I had to call for these items on Day 2. I told Guest services to please send housekeeping the next day. After returning from an all day outing on Day 3, our room was not serviced. No one came. By then we were too tired to call. It was an unpleasant experience.

Beds were excellent- but had to ask for more supplies regularly- like towels. Gym was excellent but no hot tub. Elevators were slow at times and we had to go all the way up to get down as it was always full. Much better on weekdays.

Definitely worth the money

It was amazing. Everything was close by enough to walk to. And even at 1 in the morning the staff was more than helpful when I needed help getting my car out of the parking garage. Room was clean and tidy the whole stay we had room service come by twice to make sure of that as well. Top tier service would definitely come again and would recommend.
