The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location and security staff. There are homeless people but nothing unusual for a large city. It was so easy to walk to the everywhere.

we thought this was a cute hotel 10 min fromthe market and 10 min fromthe needle. very helpful to givedorections and restaurants. they stored our bags until checkinand they sogned up for transp to pier 66 for $10.per person. veryclean.

Wonderful staff & nice hotel

Check-in was really easy and smooth with Manisha. She is very friendly accommodating. She let us know our room was available early and let us check-early.We start enjoying Seattle.She provided us with a list of recommended places to eat all meals. Check out was just as good with Joseph. We were abel to leave our luggage at the hotel until ready to fly out which was most ofvtge day as we had a red eye flight.

Awesome quaint hotel right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Everything to see is within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a few blocks from Pikes Market.

Clean and comfortable

We arrived early but our room was ready so they checked us in. Provided dining recommendations. Room and bathroom were extremely clean. Small room but comfortable for two. Quiet neighborhood. Rooftop patio was nice spot to eat breakfast.

This hotel was very clean and convenient to the museum, space needle, Harbor. There was also a great biscuit place for breakfast right around the corner. However, I do not recommend walking around at night or alone. Because the area is not safe. The hotel does have a really pretty rooftop area that you can bring food and beverages up to to relax. And that felt very safe. There’s also a courtyard and the coffee in the lobby was awesome.

Bad location

The area the hotel was located was not good. If I knew this ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else. Also we payed sometimes twice as much as guests who were checking in after we arrived.
