Regional loss of power for the second night. No support, refunds, or credits offered. Restaurant was closed the next morning as a result. Would have appreciated some tips on where we could still get breakfast. Evening front desk staff weren’t particularly helpful; morning front desk staff were more interested in helping to problem solve.

We stayed at The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland for one night and had a great experience. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to the lake, restaurants, and local shops, so it was convenient to get around without driving. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the bed was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The lobby and common areas have a warm, comfortable feel that made the stay pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Kirkland.
