This home is intended for guest and family stays, not large parties or events.

Pets: The authorized pet fee is $25 per pet, per night. For stays over 30 nights, the fee is $15 per pet, per night. The fee will be requested through the Resolution Center.

Propane BBQ: BBQ/fire pit propane is provided on an honor system. If you use the propane, please refill it for the next guest and clean the BBQ after use.

Outdoor furniture may be moved or covered during rainy/stormy weather.

Routine pest control is provided, but seasonal encounters with bees, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, mice, and other PNW wildlife/bugs are possible.

Wi-Fi is provided, but speed and signal strength cannot be guaranteed. Unexpected outages may occur.

Stays of 14 nights or more require additional documentation and a background check.
Stays of 25 nights or more are subject to a prorated monthly utility fee of $350/month covering gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, and landscaping.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the property, driveway, back of the property, and on each side of the property. Cameras are on and recording 24/7.
