OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 - NO PETS - SEBAGO LAKE BEACH ACCESS. Very nice gambrel style home in North Sebago on the west shore of Sebago Lake. Open living/kitchen/dining area leading to big deck. Two baths. One with tub/shower, bath up has stall shower. Main floor bedroom plus two additional bedrooms on second floor. Walkout basement with ping pong table, foosball and TV. Private, gently sloping lot just a short walk down the road from a beautiful, 120' sandy association beach and dock. Roped off swimming area for children and swim float for diving and sunbathing located outside the roped off swimming area. Great location. Close to golfing and area activities. A dingy at the shore marked (Daybreak). Also included are two paddle boards and two single kayaks are included with the rental, tenant must provide life jackets|Internet Access. DVD that allows tenant to acccess their own Amazon and Netflix accounts.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Slightly sloping lot. There is a beautiful, sandy association beach just a short walk from the house. There is a nice patio/picnic area at the beach. Dock: yes, association dock for loading and unloading only. Mooring: yes. Owner provides a dingy and two single kayaks and two paddle boards, tenant responsible for life jackets.
Bedrooms: Three. Main Floor: 1 Bedroom W/2 Twins. 2nd Floor: 2 Bedrooms, Each W/King. Pull-Out Sofa In Livingroom. Linens and Towels Not Provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
