The location is great for shopping and restaurants, and having a reserved parking spot is definitely a plus since it’s part of the museum lot and the other spots can fill up. Just something to keep in mind if you have more than one car or visitors. The price felt fair, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. The museum tickets were a nice bonus, and the kayaks would be awesome to use in warmer weather. We stayed during an unseasonably cold stretch with temps in the 30s. The heat worked well in the living room, but the bedroom and bathroom stayed pretty cold, and the water actually froze briefly while we were there. The main thing to be aware of is the noise and light. There’s a train track nearby and you hear trains throughout the day and night. It’s also directly between two bars, so there’s music and people outside until around 11 pm or later. Since it’s right on Route 1, there’s regular road noise and sirens as well. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be tough. There’s also quite a bit of light that comes in at night. The shades don’t block much of the headlights or nearby lighting, and there’s a bright red exit sign inside the building above the door that stays on.Overall it’s a good value in a convenient spot, but definitely something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise or light
