The convenient location is close to local wineries, Sebastopol restaurants, and Bodega Bay beaches. At the end of the day, soak in the private hot tub or share alfresco meals on your dining deck. Inside, you’ll find plush furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and large windows that allow for an abundance of sunlight.

The living area is furnished with comfortable seating. Watch favorite shows on the TV. The large windows perfectly frame the rolling mountain vista. The convenient kitchen is detailed with a toaster oven, two-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size fridge. Share culinary creations at the table or opt to dine at the spacious table outside. This home sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size beds. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Outdoors, the wraparound deck includes several seating options. Dine alfresco at the picnic table with a parasol. Spend quiet afternoons exploring the pristinely manicured grounds, or play a game of basketball in the driveway. A small water feature winds alongside the patio and lounge areas, and your private hot tub awaits to top off perfect days.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, books, and board games. Central heating and a wall air-conditioning unit create optimal comfort in every season.

Visit a plethora of wineries within a 10-minute drive, or find waterside eateries and pristine beaches in Bodega Bay (11 miles away). Above a garage, this cottage is located up one flight of exterior stairs.
The owners live on the property in a separate home next to the rental.
The washer/dryer are located in the owner’s residence and are available for use upon request.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
