Come visit! Our cozy newly renovated home is located blocks from the Sebewaing Harbor Marina for the fisherman ready to get out on Saginaw Bay. It is also the perfect centralized location for the small family ready to adventure all Michigan's thumb has to offer. Maybe you just need a great space with wireless internet while in the area on business our house is it. Features two bedrooms that will sleep 4-6 (2 queen and 1 full total) Close to Pioneer sugar, only 35 minutes to Bay City, 45 minutes to Port Austin, and less than an hour to Saginaw. You will find all the basic amenities here to make your time enjoyable. Going fishing, the marina has an amazing fish cleaning station to clean your catch.. Outside you will also find a spot to sit and relax during Michigans warmer seasons. Bringing the boat? Parking available in driveway (see photo for parking) or you can rent parking spaces minutes away at the Sebewaing Harbor Marina (see photos of Marina). If you are the avid outdoorsman maybe you have extra gear you need to store out of the elements, with access to the gargage this is easy. No matter your reason for coming to stay with us you will be happy you chose our home.

Our stay in Sebewaing was fantastic. Our host worked with me on my stay and the communication was amazing. The house was very clean and everything we needed was there. It’s nice to go stay somewhere and have the staples to compliment the house. All of the little things were greatly appreciated.

The recent remodel is amazing, Its a small house but the interior is very spacious and Clean. Plenty of room for my big truck and boat in the driveway. The Hosts were more than accomadating. I have stayed in many rental homes, usually 3-4 a year traveling for Bass Tournaments. This was one of the nicest, well stocked houses I have been in. Definetly makes my top 5. I highly recommend this rental.

Very clean, well kept property. Owners very nice & prompt to respond. We unfortunately stayed during one of the hottest & humid weekends this summer. AC not able to cool this home off to be comfortable with those temps. We cut our stay 1 night short because of it. Also the shower has no water pressure.

We liked this property a LOT! It is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and all the appliances and electronics we used worked. Location is convenient and in a nice neighborhood. There is even a decent pizza place right across the street! For our family of 3, it was perfect!We give this property a thumbs-up, top rating, but as guidance to future renters - be aware there is no dishwasher and no dining table (except outside). And even though the unit sleeps 6, there is really only comfortable seating for 4 in the living room. Six adults would be a bit of a squeeze. None of these things would prevent us from renting again if we visit the area.

Kim and Aaron have an adorable little place that is conveniently located. We stayed for a long weekend, to spend time on our boat and the house is close to the marina, making it a perfect location for what we needed. The pizza place across the street has really good pizza, too :) The house was very clean, and we appreciated the extras that were provided (like condiments and laundry products -- there were even doggy bowls provided!). The AC units and fans helped keep it cool, but were kind of loud :/ We would suggest mini split units as a quieter solution to AC. The TV in the front bedroom was kind of wonky and would turn itself off after 12 seconds. There was a wasp nest on the garage door and I texted the owner and received a prompt response and the nest was quickly removed. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if life brings us back to the area! Thank you SO much for sharing your cozy little home with us.
