Beautiful farm house with pool, open spaces and amazing sea views

This large apartment, with its own entrance, is located on the upper ground and first floor of the semi-detached house within a medieval village.
The apartment, which was fully refurbished 6 years ago, is tastefully decorated with both modern and antique furniture.
On the upper ground floor, you will find a large open plan kitchen with table and chairs that leads onto a cosy lounge furnished with 2 sofas and television with satellite programs. Within the hallway, there is a spacious storage area for luggage.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, a new cafe machine and all that is needed for self catering.
On the first floor are 2 large bedrooms. One has a double bed with en suite bathroom and a sunlit terrace. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be put together. There is also a separate shower room/WC on the same floor.
All rooms have windows giving uninterrupted views onto the valley and the sea beyond.
Behind the house, there is a private welcoming open space under a tree with a large table that can seat 6 .

The patio terrace can be reached via the front door or an age-old staircase direct from the lounge.
There is free wifi available. No pets please.

The beautiful pool has been built with proper travertine stone around it. The size is 42 square meters and a safe 1.5 meters deep (no diving). The pool is shared among 3 properties

A few nights in the mountains

Beautiful location, clean, great swimming pool. If we could think of any improvements at all it would be a few more sunbeds at the pool.

Quiet and beautiful

Antonio ( Enzo ) is a great host. If there was anything missing, he was able to help all the time. The Location is in the mountains were you can enjoy a lot of silence. The pool was always clean and in good condition. His little trattoria offers great local food. And his pizza is the best ! There were plenty of opportunities of sideseeing all around and the sea is only 20-25 minutes away. We would really like to come back someday. Thanks for a great time Enzo.

Deze locatie heeft 3 huizen. Wij hadden casa Aurelia. Het huis/appartement was zoals omschreven. Maar de buitenruimte was niet beschikbaar. Op de site wordt een idyllische buitenruimte beloofd. Dat hebben we niet gekregen. Een alternatief was een volledig ingesloten overdekt terras van de eigenaars, totaal ongezellig, rommelig en zonder uitzicht.De badkamers waren ondermaats. Met douchegordijnen, wat heel onhygiënisch is. Ook was er veel schimmel te vinden in de douches.Zwembad was verouderd, vooral de tegels rondom, niet helemaal proper, te weinig ligbedden voor iedereen. Op een avond was er geen warm water meer. Wel snel opgelost door de eigenaar. Kortom, de accommodatie voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen.

Het huis Aurelia is geweldig voor gezinnen met 2 kinderen. De master bedroom heeft een eigen badkamer met ligbad. De leefkeuken is gezellig en blijft comfortabel koel. Er is ook een gezellige woonkamer maar die hebben wij niet gebruikt, er is namelijk buiten naast het huis een overdekte keuken waar wij savonds zaten. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en het is een heerlijke plek om te luieren in de zon, met een prachtig uitzicht op het dal en de zee. De omgeving is prachtig, voldoende uitstapjes mogelijk en als je van wandelen houdt kun je je hart ophalen. Antonio is een geweldige gastheer, wij komen zeker terug!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung. Besonders positiv war die sehr schöne Aussicht – das war definitiv ein Highlight. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets höflich. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und bodenständig, mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, und WLAN funktioniert nur in einem Zimmer. Wer keinen großen Komfort erwartet und vor allem Ruhe und Natur schätzt, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Das Quartier spiegelt das idyllische Bild wider, dass man sich von einem typisch italienischen Bergdorf vorstellt. (nach 30min über schmale, schlecht ausgebaute Straße erreichbar) Im Detail wurden unsere Erwartungen jedoch leider nicht erfüllt. Unsere Meinung nach war die Wohnung nur mangelhaft geputzt worden und die Terrasse war nur über ein sehr steiles modriges Treppenhaus zu erreichen und wenig einladend. Schlimm war für uns die Toilette, die in die letzte Ecke über dem Treppenaufgang gequetscht wurde und nur über 3 sehr steile Treppenstufen zu erklimmen war. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sowie für ältere Gäste ein NoGo und wurde in der Beschreibung mit keinem Wort oder Bild erwähnt. Zudem roch das Wohnzimmer sehr modrig-muffig. Schön war jedoch der Balkon mit Ausblick aufs Meer und der tolle Pool mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Alles in allem würden wir meinen versteht es der Gastgeber sein Domizil gekonnt in Szene zu setzten, so dass es mehr verspricht als es hält.

Sehr schönes Quartier, aber zu weit weg vom Meer

Bei schönem Wetter wäre es sicher ein nettes Quartier mit herrlichem Pool .Aber bei tief hängenden Wolken war es deprimierend. Keine Unterkunft für ältere Leute, zu viele Treppen.

Supernice and calm place

Mr Antonios hospitality = 5/5 stars He helped us with everything and a little bit more! :-) Unbelievable dinner - dont miss that one. Supernice view over Seborga-village and Bordighera-village close to the beach. The stonehouse had everything. (A little bit warm, we didnt have any AC - maybe bring a mosquito net…) We will def go there again. Excellent stay and place! :-)

Absolute Ruhe, einsam gelegen, zum entspannen besonders geeignet! Antonio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Küche in der Osteria bestens. Hat allerdings nur Samstag und Sonntag geöffnet: Was sehr schade ist.

Beautiful house and amazing food in Liguria.

The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, the view over the mountains and the ligurian sea amazing. There is also a wonderful pool. The Osteria is sometimes open and we were served delicious food every time! I strongly recommend to rent from Case Cassini. We are so happy and grateful for our stay there.

Mooi, maar niet voor mensen met een handicap. Veel trappen en de weg er naar toe is een echte col , zoals in de Tour de France. Leuke ontvangst goed gegeten.

geräumige Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöner Pool. Vermieter sehr gut organisiert und freundlich. In der zugehörigen Osteria gibt es toll zubereitete Antipasti, Pasta….Das Essen wird zum Teil in der offenen Küche von den freundlichen Köchinnen zubereitet. 2x pro Woche super Pizza aus dem Holzofen (für unsere Kinder ein Highlight😀). Italienisches Flair. Vielen Dank an Antonio und das Team
