1. No excessive drinking or loud partying. No glass in the spa. Replace the hot tub lid when you have finished. You must tend fire for hot tub.
Hot tub takes approx 3.5 hours to heat up, as long as you are diligent about adding wood every 45ish minutes. If you break anything, pls tell us.
Only toilet paper down the toilets, No shoes on trampoline, No fireworks on property, Keep door fireplace closed, Turn BBQ Propane off when finished.

The farmhouse is a really beautiful spot to stay at, and the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were all so wonderful to use. Prospective guests should note that although the spa facilities are shared, we didn't find it difficult to use them at all, as all the other guests were very polite and respectful of the rules about use time. I'd absolutely come back and stay again in the future.
