Great bang for you buck

If you’re looking to trim some fat in your budget and still be comfortable, I suggest this place. Sedona can be a bit pricey, so I really appreciate have options like this! We flew into Sedona in a C-172, so its distance from the airport was much appreciated.

The hotel was fine. I would say it was average except our room, which was number one, had an overwhelming chemical smell. When I woke up on the second morning, my eye was swollen shut due to an allergic reaction to the harsh chemicals used to clean the room. I have a sensitivity to chemicals, and this most likely wouldn't affect most people, and it did not have an impact on the person I was traveling with, other than being unpleasant. That being said, I did have a $300 emergency room bill as a result. The reaction was so bad that I had to have a shot of steroids to reverse the reaction, as my entire face began to swell.

Great price for basic room

This is a cute motel with minimal services. Video checkin, no on-site person. Housekeeping only in the morning. Would have not been an issue but they only left decaf coffee in the room and no soap. I was able to get the 2nd morning as I did not notice until returning after my hike and housekeeping was gone. The video contact said housekeeping would come by but they didn't. That all being said it was $60/night!!! It was clean except for a musty shower curtain...what Im saying is Yes...it was a great place to stay for the fantastic price of $60 for a hiking getaway ... or if that is just your budget but not for a great vacation room. I've stayed in budget to 5 star resorts. This was great for the price!

Beds are terrible!

The virtual kiosk was new, but it was okay. Definitely takes a bit longer, but not too bad. The location was fantastic, hot tub was warm and clean. The room: the bed was absolutely terrible! We booked 2 rooms and both beds sunk in at the center and were so uncomfortable! There were also dirty towels in one of the closets. Otherwise, it was fairly clean. Can definitely use some upgrades.

The lighting in the room and remote control to the TV didn't work when I arrived, but after reporting it, staff took care of both of those things quickly. I don't like the virtual receptionist arrangement.

There are no people on site to help with check in, or any missing amenities from your room. The room smelt like it had been fumigated with deodorizer and the bed sheets and towels were dirty. Super disappointing!

when I discussed with the staff when I would arrive, that is, late in the evening, they were supposed to send me a pin code for the door, instead they sent me a letter in which I had to indicate whether I liked it there or not, although I was not there yet. After that, I wrote many times during working hours and no one answered me, I had to sleep on the street
