Decent hotel..staff could be a little better

Hotel was nice but fire pit was not working. There was a beer can on the ground outside despite workers cleaning up the grounds. One agent at the desk was kind of miserable.

Bad acoustics

It was the perfect location for our trip. the room was great. However there needs to be a bit of thought in sound deadening as the echo chamber that is the lobby travels down the corridor and straight into the rooms that are near the lobby, both nights of our stay had a group of mothers with children in the living room there and the children where running around yelling and screaming and having fun as children do which we enjoy usually but one the area is not a play ground and it was 10:00 PM. When I asked the front desk if they could politely ask them to stop they said they have and were ignored. So i thought I could kindly make a request to the mothers and they were very nice and resolved the issue. When we were checking out I mentioned the issue with the sound the previous night and that I resolved it by being polite to the mothers of the children to the front desk person and he scolded me for do so which did not sit well with me. When we can't resolve issues by talking about them we have lost our civility. I guess the take away here is do a better job of sound deadening the rooms from the halls and adjacent floors.

The lobby seemed to be nice and updated. The rooms were partially updated, but you could still tell you were in an old hotel room....damage to woodwork, dirt on ceiling in bathroom. For the price we paid, I expected much more.

Not enough food options, just a small spot for to go type meals and a Starbucks. Hot tub stopped working, someone had to come fix it. The property is in a very nice as well as convenient location. Lobby/pool area/surrounding nature all beautiful. Views of red rocks from every room, each room has a balcony. Prices for food/drinks onsite were very high.

Absolutely loved the stay here. It’s fresh and clean and everything smells good. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The location is great. You can easily drive around town or the trailhead shuttle is right across the street. And of course you have the stunning views of mountains and red rocks.

Absolutely worth the stay! This place was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how super clean and well maintained everything was. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — great beds, good TV, and all the little touches that make a big difference. The views are simply breathtaking, whether you're waking up to the sunrise or relaxing under the stars at night — both morning and night views were amazing. The pool and hot tub were also sparkling clean and very relaxing. One small downside is the $25 charge for parking, which feels unnecessary, but honestly, with everything else being so great, it’s not a dealbreaker. The location is perfect — close to everything and easy to access. There’s also laundry, food available on-site, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is a solid 5 out of 5. It’s rare to find a place that offers great value, comfort, cleanliness, modern amenities, and incredible views all in one. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone passing by. Worth every single penny!
